Taskue collects information needed to provide shift and task management services, including account details, role information, organization details, staff names, contact information, schedules, task assignments, task completion records, reports, uploaded files, and support requests.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, provide app functionality, manage organizations, assign and track work, generate reports, send service notifications, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and protect the platform from misuse.
Organization Data
Organizations control the staff, schedule, task, and report data they enter into Taskue. Users should contact their organization administrator first for access, correction, or removal requests related to organization-managed records.
Service Providers
Taskue uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database, storage, hosting, messaging, and related infrastructure. These providers process data to operate and secure the service.
Data Retention
We retain account and operational records while they are needed to provide Taskue, meet legal or operational obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Organizations may request deletion of eligible account or organization data.
Security
Taskue uses managed cloud infrastructure, authenticated access, role-based app flows, and transport encryption. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access and misuse.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting your organization administrator or Taskue support. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.
Children
Taskue is intended for workplace and organizational use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this statement as Taskue evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, when appropriate, notifying users or administrators.
