By accessing or using Taskue, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Statement. If you use Taskue on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and managing organization data.
Permitted Use
You may use Taskue to manage legitimate organizational scheduling, tasks, reports, and operational workflows. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
Organization Content
Organizations and users retain responsibility for the data they enter into Taskue. You grant Taskue the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that data to provide the service.
Availability and Changes
Taskue may change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or support operational requirements.
Third-Party Services
Taskue relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including Firebase and Google Cloud. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
Taskue is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that reports and schedules will satisfy every regulatory or business requirement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskue is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, non-payment where applicable, or unlawful use. Organizations may request account or workspace deletion through support.
