Account Deletion

Request deletion of a Taskue account or workspace.

Users and organization administrators can request deletion of eligible account and organization records.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@gettaskue.com from the email address connected to your Taskue account. Include your organization name and whether you are requesting deletion of an individual account or an organization workspace.

Administrator Approval

For staff accounts managed by an organization, Taskue may require confirmation from an organization administrator before deleting records tied to schedules, tasks, reports, or compliance workflows.

What May Be Deleted

Eligible account profile information, authentication records, and organization-managed records may be deleted or anonymized. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, backup, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

Timing

We aim to review deletion requests promptly. Complex workspace deletion requests may require additional verification and coordination with the organization administrator.
